— why 240x240 in so many Pocket PC phones seen lately? Because Microsoft is not offering 320x320 resolution in Windows Mobile and while 480x480 is available, displays with such resolution are too expensive. However Microsoft would gladly introduce support for 320x320 - if only some manufacturers would request it - as Motorola demanded the 320x240 landscape support and obtained it. If Microsoft would get request for 320x320, it would do it.
