PalmSource has purchased lately Chinese company making software platforms for smartphones and for regular phones and PalmSource intends to compete not only in smartphone area but also in small phones area (something like Nokia Series 40). In this interview Albert Chu is clearly stating that PalmSource intends to kill Nokia not only in in the area of smartphones but also it intends to kill Nokia’s Series 40. The Chinese company that PalmSource bought is the biggest in China and is already selling mobile phone software to major Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.
